You can image individual partitions or your entire HDD using Acronis True Image, Ghost or other imaging software and later restore using what ever you created the image with. When tried to delete these temp files, it still asked for my user name's permission even though I've already take owership of the whole folder in the security tab in Windows properties. The hidden restore partition contains a Ghost 2003 image which you could copy to a dvd and restore that image using Ghost 2003.
Right click the Windows folder in Wimcontent folder, apparently SSR added a user group "AllApplicationPackages". However, it left 2.4GB of temp files that could not be deleted even after the SSR program was uninstalled and rebooted. The process completed - appeared to be successful.
